Message	they protect pretty much all the car's circuits except the starter. What kind of voltage do you get across the battery with the engine running? FYI: When the diode bridge partially failed in my alternator it was causing a 2 amp parasitic draw on the battery but pulling the fusible links stopped that... Do you have a stereo system/amp also wired into the battery directly?
